Program name. SummitStone Tenant Notifications
Program description. SummitStone LLC sends text messages to its tenants for rent reminders, maintenance scheduling, property notices, and replies to tenant questions.
Opt in. Tenants opt in by providing their mobile number and checking the SMS consent box in their signed lease, or by giving written consent to SummitStone LLC. Consent is not a condition of renting.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out and help. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
